These phones technically qualify as a "manufacturer refurbished phone". This means that these phones have been professionally refurbished by an approved vendor. These phones have been cleaned, repaired, and inspected to meet strict manufacturer specs, and are in excellent condition.

How does warranty work?

There is 1 year of warranty from time of purchase. Within 14 days we can refund/exchange the device for another one. Within 1 year the phone can be send back to us for  repaired.
